- Navigate to the Trade page.
- Select Buy, choose your asset (Bitcoin, Ethereum, or USDT), and type the amount in USD or Ghana Cedis (GH₵).
- Paste your personal receiving wallet address.
- Send the exact Cedis amount to the payment number displayed on screen (MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, or Bank).
- Enter the MoMo transaction ID or payment reference. Once confirmed, crypto is sent directly to your wallet in minutes.
To sell cryptocurrency for Ghana Cedis (GH₵):
- Click the Sell tab on the Trade page.
- Enter the crypto quantity you wish to liquidate.
- Choose your payout method: Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash) or Bank Transfer, and enter your account name and number.
- Send your crypto to the CryptoPlex deposit address shown on screen.
- Submit your transaction hash (TXID). As soon as 1 on-chain block confirmation arrives, Cedis are automatically dispatched to your MoMo account.
Orders typically settle within 5 to 15 minutes. For buy orders, crypto is transferred as soon as MoMo or bank receipt is verified. For sell orders, payout occurs once the blockchain network reaches standard confirmation depth (1 confirmation for Bitcoin, 12 for Ethereum, 20 for TRON/TRC20).
